XAOC Devices Rostock
Rostock is a new member of the XAOC Devices Leibniz system, functioning as a 64-step digital shift register or delay capable of looping and scrambling bits. Rostock must be connected to other Leibniz modules in order to receive input. By setting the desired length anywhere from one to 64 steps, Rostock can capture, loop, and scramble streams of data, passing them onto to subsequent stages on each clock cycle. Internally, Rostock's clock may run up to a whopping 2MHz, so any range of control, audio, or even video signals may be used. But to make things more interesting, each bit may receive its own clock signal for de-synchronized transfer of bits, opening the door to all manner of chaotic and cybernetic patches. Surprise yourself with mutated signals from the digital pipeline of Rostock.
