What Purchases Can I Earn Points On?

Buying anything in our catalog will give you a minimum of 1 point per dollar spent, save for a few brand-specific exemptions. Purchases made with store credit or a gift card do not accrue points.

Everything! Our entire catalog is eligible to be purchased via points

How Can I Check My Balance?

Upon logging in the section above will list your current balance. You can also visit the awards points section on your account page

Can I Use My Points In-Store?

Yes! Purchases made in-store and online will both sync to your rewards account and can be redeemed on your phone in the shop.

Are Points Issued Retroactively?

Points are not issued for any orders made before our rewards program was launched on April 1, 2024.

Can I Earn Points as a Guest?

You need to create a Perfect Circuit account to accrue points. Purchases made without signing in do not accrue points

Can I Earn Points on Tax?

No. Points are only awarded on the final product price paid after discounts.

How Many Reviews Can I Leave?

We appreciate you sharing your thoughts and opinions via our review system. In return for your hot takes we offer points for our rewards programs, with a few restrictions:

  • You can only be rewarded for a max of 10 reviews over the lifetime of your account
  • You have to wait at least 24 hours between each review
  • All reviews are... reviewed by our moderation team and must be approved to earn points

Can I Re-Use Rewards Coupons?

Rewards coupons are single-use only. This also means we cannot re-issue rewards coupons as refunds on returns. Additionally, once you place an order using a coupon code, financial alteration to an order will cause a loss of the coupon.
