Though it is based on the 808 circuit, the Hexinverter Mutant Hi-Hats module explores hi-hat synthesis in entirely new ways. The module’s internal noise generator is based on the 808’s metallic noise generator, but can accept any external signal for the creation of immaculate and unique hi-hat sounds. Shape your tone with the onboard bandpass filter, use choke-group style triggering between open and closed sounds, and explore the accent input to craft dynamic patterns.
