Jürgen Haible's Tau Phaser is a reproduction of the legendary Tau "The Pipe" Flanger with 18 poles, pseudo-stereo outputs, and is now available in the Eurorack format, courtesy of Random Source. Easily able to dial in classic phaser sounds as well as highly experimental moduations, the Tau Phaser uses a built-in LFO and multiple CV-input options. This module loves complex waveforms and can self-oscillate, taking it well beyond the realms of a normal phaser. With 18 stages, this is clearly no ordinary phaser and can smear your sound and create unique interesting textures.
