TARS, This Audio Reached Singularity, is the latest destructive pedal by Collision Devices, combining the fuzz found in their Black Hole Symmetry pedal with a filter inspired by the Korg MS-20. From the input signals are passed into the fuzz, which features just one control: Gain—really all you need to decimate your signals. Afterwards, the MS-20 filter stage offers cutoff and resonance controls, as well as the option to choose between two and four-pole slopes or series and parallel routings. You can even add in a secondary post-filter fuzz to truly destroy any sound you feed into it.
