The ZVex Vibrophase is directly inspired by the iconic and absurd Candela Vibrophase, their steampunk-style, candle-powered vibrato/phaser. A bit too impractical for commercial distribution, ZVex opted to repackage the Candela's sound into the Vibrophase: a pedal-format modulation effect perfect for classic swept phase effects and beyond. With four phasing stages, feedback, and a shockingly wide LFO speed, the Vibrophase is another unique offering for all those seeking the swishing, twisting sounds of a classic analog phaser.
