Warm Audio ODD Box V1
Based on a modern classic of an overdrive pedal, Warm Audio's ODD Box V1 is a well-rounded drive suitable for boost, breakup, and even higher gain tones. Taking design and aesthetic cues from Fulltone's OCD, Warm Audio's take on this circuit still delivers thick, op-amp-based saturation in a way that feels very much like a loud, live amplifier. There's no confusion to be had with ODD's simple controls: Volume, Tone, and Drive all work together to shape the character of drive or boost to be had. For a bit of additional variety, the voicing switch at the top toggles between UK and US stylings, leading to either easier distortion or higher headroom, respectively. If you're obsessive over your overdrive tones, there's hardly a better match for you than Warm Audio's ODD Box V1.
