What kind of gear do you accept?

We accept most working new & vintage music gear. If you're in doubt, reach out via the form above and we'll let you know!

Please remember to bring all accessories that are required for your items to work - power cables/supplies, ribbon cables, USB cables for USB-powered items, etc. If these are not provided, we will deduct the cost of replacements from our offer. Power supplies for effect pedals that originally included them are not required.

How will I receive payment?

We can send payment via a store credit gift card or Paypal. We pay up to 15% higher for orders paid via store credit.

Do I have to trade-in for other gear right away?

Nope! If you choose to be paid via store credit you can keep it on file for as long as you like, no rush. As stated above, we also offer standard PayPal payouts.

How long does a trade-in take to process?

Depending on the number of items sent, once we receive your shipment and test the items we will send a final quote within 1 business day, Monday - Friday. If the quote is accepted we issue payment within 3 business days.

What if my gear is broken?

We currently do not accept broken gear and are unable to offer repair services

Where Do You Accept Trades From?

We accept shipments from customers based anywhere in the United States. You can also drop off your gear at our Burbank Storefront
