Tiptop Audio's BD909 is a high quality recreation of the classic TR-909 kick with expanded control. By reverse-engineering the vintage 909's kick circuit, Tiptop have not only successfully recreated this classic sound: they have added voltage control of kick drum tuning and extended envelope tuning options. A built-in variable waveshaper also allows users to add a dynamic distortion punch to the sound.

Building from the time-tested ground of the 909 kick, the BD909 offers extended control for creation of unique, dynamic, evolving kick sounds.
