With the Thorpy FX ER-2, you're bringing a thoroughly modern spin on the classic Univibe effect to your pedalboard. Predating chorus and phaser pedals, Univibe is a particularly unique sounding modulation effect that sounds somewhat like a hybrid of the previously mentioned effects. ER-2 channels the vibe (pun intended) of the original, but in a more flexible, modern package capable of totally new sounds. Intensity, Speed, and Volume are typical controls for a vibe effect, but Thorpy adds an Offset control which affects the internal lamp at the core of the optical univibe circuit.
