Tenderfoot Electronics Trigseq-1
Dial in grooves with the elements of chance and surprise using Tenderfoot's Trigseq-1, a performable trigger sequencer for Eurorack modular synthesizers. The base module includes four channels, but the included expander doubles the fun to support eight tracks of sequencing bliss. Trigseq-1 may be programmed in one of two eays: hold down a channel pad and insert steps with the encoder, or hold the Fill button for 1.5 seconds to turn on live recording mode and punch in notes as the sequence plays. The other main attraction is the probability feature, which may be applied in both positive and negative directions. How does that work in the context of binary on-off trigger sequences? Increasing positive probability increases the chance that rests between entered events will fire off a trigger, whereas negative probability has the potential to mute active notes. Add in the ratcheting and fill modes, and Trigseq-1 is Tenderfoot's answer to straightforward yet performable rhythmic sequencing.
