With the uPlaits SE by Tall Dog Electronics, it's possible to have the beloved Mutable Instruments Macro Oscillator in a slightly smaller size. Though it features a reduced footprint, uPlaits still provides the same sonic experience as its larger counterpart. Like the original, the 16 algorithms are divided into two banks of eight: the green bank focuses more on melodic and harmonic sounds, while the red bank is geared towards noise and percussion. With controls that vary on a per-model basis, a digital emulation of a lowpass-gate, and the ability to scan through algorithms with control voltage, uPlaits is a powerhouse voice for any rig.
