SM7dB Dynamic Vocal Microphone + Preamp

Shure SM7dB

Shure's SM7DB takes everything you love about the SM7B and adds a built-in preamp giving you up to +28db of gain. Thanks to its built-in pop filter and internal air suspension for exceptional handling noise rejection, the SM7DB is one of the easiest to use microphones you can have in your studio or on the stage. Select +18db, +28db, or bypassed preamp operation and use the bass roll-off with the independent mid-range boost for EQ flexibility. Prized for its flat response and clean reproduction of sound, the SM7DB is a classic choice for any vocal work from narration to belting. Using the classic cardioid polar pattern, you can record with confidence that off-axis sounds will be kept to a minimum while your subject retains their presence.
