Roland System-1
Roland’s System-1 is a versatile 25-key synthesizer that makes effective use of Roland’s groundbreaking Analog Circuit Behavior technology. ACB analyzes replicates and emulates various analog circuits down to the minutest detail. This means that the System-1 is capable of an extremely diverse array of possible synthesizer tones ranging from classical to modern.
In addition to ACB technology, one truly special thing about the System-1 is its use of Plug-Out technology, which grants it the ability to store various plug-in versions of Roland’s classic analog synthesizers, such as the SH-101 and the SH-2. Users can switch between the System-1’s internal sounds or those of whatever plug-ins are currently loaded onto the synth.
