The Moog Sub Phatty Analog synthesizer is a compact but extensive sound generation device. The synthesizer features crisp waveforms that lend to a powerful sound that is characteristic of the brand itself. The Sub Phatty features a Multidrive section that is adept at warming up signals, but also overdriving them into harsher sonic territory. 

The synthesizer’s mixer section includes a sub oscillator, giving the onboard oscillators some extra depth (great for deep bass tones). There’s also a built-in noise generator for adding rich low frequency dynamics for sculpting tones. 

All of these parameters are easily accessible via the unit’s front panel interface, which affords users a snappy, ergonomic means of creating everything from classical tones to new and wild sounds.
