Michigan Synth Works' MIDIme is a compact and powerful MIDI utility for monitoring data, channel filtering, quantizer, arpeggiator, clock source, and more. Festooned with MIDI TRS I/O and USB-C powered, which charges the internal battery, this is necessary for anyone who uses MIDI. Sometimes you need a very specific MIDI adjustment and don't want to go through the trouble of setting up a Max patch, Ableton plugin, or even touch a computer. That's where the MIDIme comes in with a growing list of MIDI apps. Currently you can debug with a monitor, bpm meter, channel filter, splitter, channel merger, clock divider, clock source; use it as a mini controller setting the CC or NRPN number on the device and use the arrows to adjust settings, generate a drum pattern, randomize parameters, record and transpose chords, create an arpeggiator pattern, add a MIDI delay, transpose incoming MIDI to a particular scale and key. There's also several styles of sequencer from JX-3P style Poly sequencer to SH-101 monophonic sequencer and even sequence MIDI CCs; finally there's a MIDI LFO for modulating MIDI CCs. Michigan Synthworks' MIDIme is small but an absolute unit of utility that needs to be in every MIDI user's pack.
