PEQ-501A from Lindell Audio is the company's homage to the classic Pultec EQP1a program equalizer, executed with great attention to detail, and delivered in the widely popular 500 series rack format. The equalizer is capable of delivering stunning sonic results—the highs are smooth and velvety, and the low end is full-bodied and punchy. True bypass ensures a complete preservation of the original signal's quality, allowing you to easily compare the processed and unprocessed versions of the incoming audio. Finally, for seamless recall of settings that is so necessary when switching between recording projects, Lindell implemented stepped pots on all of the rotary knobs. PEQ-501A is a great EQ for mastering applications.
