The Red Muck Mk2 from JAM Pedals is a fuzz and distortion pedal that promises to ooze warm and powerful tone. Inspired by the Triangle and "Red Army/Civil War" Muffs (vintage versions of the Electro-Harmonix Big Muff), the Red Muck Mk2 boasts similar sonic quality, with added saturation, compression and sustain options to really dial in your sound. Engaging the dedicated boost circuit will generate fatter walls of fuzz and distortion. Setting your gain low, and the Red Muck Mk2 will function as a High-Gain Stage footswitch. The two-way toggle switch selects between symmetrical and asymmetrical clipping modes, giving you that fuzz/distortion wall of sound you are after.
