Heritage Audio TT-73 Desktop Microphone Preamp
Bringing the sound of their DMA73 into a tabletop format, the TT-73 by Heritage Audio is a portable Neve-style microphone preamp that easily provides studio quality sound on-stage or on-the-go. The TT-73 is an ideal option for on-the-spot interviews or providing venues with 1073-driven D.I. signals from instrumentalists. Beyond the physical shape, the TT-73 is identical to the other 1073-style designs offered by Heritage Audio. Phantom power with 80dB of gain on tap brings any microphone, line input, or instrument to a workable range, and an 80hz high pass filter is handy for cleaning up low-end in non-bass instruments. For the tabletop series, Heritage Audio added a convenient D.I. Thru jack, allowing on-stage amplifiers to be used while still pumping out pristine audio to the front of house. No longer shackled to the studio for studio-quality sound, the existence of TT-73 means that the best quality in audio recording can be found anywhere.
