Golden Age Project PRE-73 Jr Premier Microphone Preamp
Built using discrete components, the PRE-73 Jr Premier from Golden Age Project is a single-channel, vintage-style preamp for microphones or instruments modeled after the classic 1073. Designed to be compact and offer a classic signal path, the Pre-73 Jr Premier is perfect to tuck into you compact studio or using their Unite Rack Mount shelf, you can slip four of these in a row for multi-tracking. Warm and punchy, you get an XLR-1/4" combo jack on the back and a 1/4" DI input on the front. With switchable gain range control, an AIR boost for adding some sparkle at 30kHz, and gentle 6dB/octave high pass switchable between 40Hz and 170Hz the Pre-73 Jr is small but packed with features. Independent XLR and 1/4" outputs are available and a 1/4" TRS insert lets you slide in additional effects.
