The Elysia karacter 500 is a Class A 500 series coloration and saturation module in a portable desktop chasis. The Karacter 500 can be used as a dual mono or stereo saturator and waveshaper for your productions, it's small size and portability make it possible to take your tone shaping setups into any studio or work space. Featuring a FET distortion circuit, Color Filter with harmonically related frequency response, as well as a capable waveshaper, the karacter is a sonic powerhouse of tonal tools.

Musically symmetrical clipping and distortion are critical to giving your mixes a professional sound, the Class A topology in the karacter helps keep your signal crisp and clean while the dedicated shaping circuits do their work. All the potentiometers on the karacter are stepped, so recalling your favorite settings is a breeze, and the 4mm aluminum chasis is built to stand the test of time and deliver impressive warmth and tone to your mixes.
