Dynaudio's handmade drivers combined with their newly-designed Esotar Pro tweeters provide stellar detail in transients and imaging, thanks to increased airflow and reduced resonances within the monitor. The drivers themselves have also been revisited, utilizing a combination of Dynaudio's signature MSP (Magnesium Silicate Polymer), aluminum coils, and highly-refined magnet designs to further bolster frequency response through tight bass and a clear midrange. Even the cabinet itself was given special consideration, offering superb response when positioned vertically or horizontally.

The Core series incorporates clever yet easy-to-use internal DSP features to make these monitors an excellent fit for any studio environment. Filter compensation for placement on desks and corners minimize the interference of reflections, and a full-spectrum band-pass filter to subtly tilt the response brighter or darker allows the monitor to be exceptionally tuned to your space. To maximize the performance of the sound delivery and DSP, plenty of configurable settings are available for adjusting the input sensitivity and the output SPL.
