With the fuzz knob turned completely counterclockwise, the pedal is capable of subtle distortion, while cranking it unleashes some of the most vindictive fuzz in existence. Conversely, the tone knob axes the highs for a jagged, dirty tone that sounds like Swamp Thing’s internal dialogue; however, when cranked, it sounds like the ol’ mutant green dude on a rampage.
