The Cyclone Analogic TT-303 Bass Bot is an updated take on the Roland TB-303, adding new functionality not found on the original. It's perfect for acid house-style bass lines and captures the raw sound of 90's raves.

It includes a VCO with square and saw waveforms that can be selected by switch. The filter is the classic squelchy filter you know from the original 303, imparting a great deal of character to the sound.

The Bass Bot can store up to 432 user patterns with up to 64 steps per pattern. There are also 108 Pattern Lab patterns and 108 preset patterns of a variety of styles. The non-volatile memory means your patterns will be saved, even after powering the unit off.

There are two different ways to edit patterns: loop edit and pattern lab. Loop edit allows a sequence to be edited to created while the sequencer is running. Pattern lab allows for more direct control and adds modifiers that control the sound and behavior of the TT-303. There are two new step modifiers that can be inserted into patterns. The Mute modifier has the effect of palm muting a bass, the sound will have a shorter length and have a darker sound. The Hammer has the effect of hammer-on or hammer-off action, causing the selected step to bend into the next step.

A selection of outputs is available on the back of the unit. This includes CV, gate, accent, DIN sync, run-stop, and VCO out, allowing the TT-303 to integrate with other gear. It also includes an input for the filter to process external sounds. This Bass Bot is a bass monster, providing flexible sequencing, distinctive slide sound, characterful filter, and a host of features not found on the original.
