Patch an instrument or sound source to the mono line input, arm one of the five tracks for recording, and capture a riff or audio snippet. Each track can play its recordings as one-shots or loops independently of the others, even allowing for asynchronous, drifting possibilities.

If you've filled up some tracks and need to make room, the bounce-down feature borrows from the workflows of tape-based recording consoles of yesteryear.
