The Camden EC-1 is a studio-grade preamp and high-quality headphone amp that offers incredibly clean and precise amplification with the added bonus of a dual saturation circuit. Add nearly 70dB of ultra-clean gain to your signal. The response is incredibly linear with less than four degrees of phase shift and less than 0.00025% THD+N. The incredibly wide frequency response ranges from less than 1Hz-1000kHz at 35dB of gain. Select between mic, line, or high-Z input, with a front panel input for line and high-Z signals and +48V phantom power on the mic channel. The headphone output offers latency-free analog monitoring with independent level controls for Ch1, Aux, and the ext input.

While cleanliness is useful for many scenarios, sometimes you need a little extra character, which is where the Mojo section comes in. Select between two styles, Cream and Thump. Cream adds transform-style transient shaping and boosts odd/even harmonics, while at the same time reducing the amplitude of the fundamental frequencies. Thump gives you a deep low-end boost by highlighting odd/even harmonics below 160Hz. Connect to your other Cranborne Audio gear using the C.A.S.T. system which bidirectionally transmits audio over Cat-5 cables.
