Sinkhole is an immense modulated reverb pedal by Catalinbread, sending any sound deep into a void of reverberant bliss. The pairing of a long-decaying reverb algorithm with a four-voice chorus lends itself to incredibly luscious 'verbs, maximized by clever parameterization in the Sinkhole's control set. In addition to fairly standard Volume and Mix controls, Verb increases the decay time to nearly everlasting and infinite times, Mod bumps up the rate of chorus modulation, and Feedback is a macro depth and feedback intensity control for the chorusing. There's also an internally-switchable buffered bypass option—by default this is ON, allowing the reverb to audibly decay once the pedal is bypassed, but switching it off into true bypass mode will cut the reverb instantly upon switching the effect off.
