Behringer X32 Compact
The X32 Compact from Behringer is a 40-input digital mixing console that is great on the road or in the studio. The 7" TFT display is high contrast, making it great for outdoor events. Surrounding the display are touch-sensitive precision tactile encoders. Seventeen 100mm motorized faders give immediate hands-on control of your sources. The customizable LCD Scribble Strips give you quick reference to what is being controlled plus they can be used to tag individual source channels, eliminating the need for masking tape all over your mixer. Integrate the X32 Compact with your Android or iOS device without the need for a host computer. Conversely, Behringer offers applications for PC, Mac, and Linux to remotely control the X32 Compact. It can also act as a 32 x 32 USB audio interface with HUI and Mackie Control.
The on-board scene management features the ability to store up to 100 scenes. The motorized faders automatically jump into place when a new scene is activated. Eight digitally controlled amplifier groups allow you to control the amplitude of multiple signals with a single fader. A user-definable control section is available to customize the workflow to your specifications as well, giving you immediate access to important parameters.
The 40-bit floating-point DSP offers near-zero latency and unlimited dynamic range. Eight true stereo FX slots are available with over 50 effects to choose from. These include the next generation of True Physical Modeling effects. X32 Compact's channel strip gathers together the most important processing parameters into one convenient location including preamp, shelving, dynamics, EQ, bus sends, and more. Connect to Behringer's P-16 monitoring system using the available ULTRANET connection.
