The BAE 10DCF is a compressor/limiter uniquely situated for drum and bass applications, due to its bypass filter which will leave your lows uncompressed and your higher frequencies gently hugged. Selectable between 50, 80, 160, and 300Hz, the bypass filter will engage at the set frequency and everything below it will pass through untouched. This is great for keeping your mix bright and gives you more control over the balance of your mix. Works perfectly for tracking, as well, the 10DCF is great when you need to pump up your growl without blowing out the bottom. BAE is known for quality and with an all discrete circuit, Jensen and Carnhill transformers, and satisfying Marconi knobs, the 10DCF is a piece of hardware you will come back to over and over again.
