The MBOX Studio from AVID is a desktop USB-C audio interface that delivers the experience of a professional sound studio to your home recording workflow. This compact powerhouse is equipped with hardware specs that rival larger rackmounted units, countless convenient features, and a motherlode of included software and plugins to get you started. MBOX Studio gives you everything you need to start recording, producing, and mastering nearly any audio project.

With up to 21 inputs and 22 outputs available simultaneously, MBOX offers tons of connectivity for tracking an expansive set of sound sources and effects. Four variable-Z combo 1/4"/XLR jacks with switchable phantom power let you connect condenser mics to capture delicate sound sources like vocals and acoustic instruments, while an additional four line inputs with generous 60dB of gain can happily handle dynamic mic signals. Digital I/O is available via 8-channel ADAT or 2-channel coaxial SPIDF for connecting even more signals and tracking entire ensembles. Two stereo outputs are included, as well as two headphone outs with integrated cue mixing and talkback mic for a professional studio experience.

A perfect interface for guitarists, MBOX features two variable-Z (impedance) instrument inputs for directly recording your guitar rig, as well as a Hi-Z reamplification output to rerecord your takes through pedals and amps for powerful post-performance processing. Two impedance-switching FX loops let you easily integrate any outboard effects into your project. MBOX has two footswitch / expression pedal inputs for controlling effects, as well as a built-in tuner for pitch-perfect performances every time you play.

Loaded with convenient and flexible features, MBOX excels at any audio project. 2-way bluetooth I/O makes it simple to jam along to phone audio, bring in phone calls to a podcast recording, or even test your mix in the car. Loopback audio lets you incorporate sound sources on your computer with live inputs, perfect for podcasts and livestreams. While optimized for Pro Tools, MBOX works with most popular DAWs, effortlessly fitting into any studio workflow. If you're ready to get creating at home with professional audio quality, MBOX is ready to help you realize your next project.
