ART's HQ231 is a two-channel 31-band graphic EQ that works great as a live sound tool, particularly any applications with the potential for feedback. The 31 bands feature 45mm sliders with center detent and 6dB or 12dB of boost or cut. It comes equipped with ART's FDC (Feedback Detection Circuitry), which visually indicates potential feedback on the EQ band's LED, letting users quickly bring down that band. The Constant-Q filtering ensures changes on one band do not affect the adjacent frequency bands. Each channel features both high and low pass filters and a master level control in addition to the individual bands.
