Alyseum Matrix II

Alyseum's Matrix II develops on the functionality of their MS-Matrix, providing the ultimate experience in CV and audio routing convenience. With an extensive internal patch memory accessible by MIDI and CV control, the Matrix II can easily become the brain of any modular setup, providing easy meta-control through which your entire synth's behavior can change in an instant.

Matrix II provides sixteen inputs and sixteen outputs, as well as CV and sequencing inputs for patch selection. It also responds to MIDI Note and Program Change messages, making it easy to control your modular synth's routing scheme from a computer or external MIDI device. Furthermore, it may be augmented via their Q-VCA module, expanding the number of I/O channels and adding signal scaling potential to an already remarkably powerful routing module.

Matrix II Features

  • 16-in, 16-out routing matrix for CV and audio signals
  • Seven banks of 32 presets, selectable via MIDI or CV
  • Dedicated CV and clock inputs for different means of preset selection
  • On/Off programming for each node of the 16x16 matrix
  • Bandwidth of 0Hz to 20kHz
  • MIDI In and Out via 3.5mm TRS
  • Note: the Matrix II can split signals, but cannot sum them—consider adding a Q-VCA or Q-MIX to add mixing potential to your Matrix II
  • Manage presets manually or via Windows/OSX editor software
  • Eurorack module
  • Width: 22hp
  • Depth: 26mm
  • Current draw: 6mA @ +12V, 6mA @ -12V, 90mA @ +5V
