Additional conveniences include a 3-band EQ with sweepable mids, and a 1/4” direct input for expedient guitar and bass recording. And thanks to MultiMix 8 USB FX’s dedicated USB output, users have a class compliant means of connecting the mixer directly to their computer, completely sidestepping the usual problems associated with fussy drivers. If all that wasn’t enough, the fine tuned folks at Alesis were generous enough to include a copy of Steinberg’s Cubase LE software—simply plug and play and it’s good to go!
