After Later Audio Cloaks

Cloaks, by After Later Audio, is a faithful recreation of the gone but not forgotten Veils 2020 edition from Mutable Instruments. This is a true, exact version of the original four-channel VCA and mixer design—the only change was After Later opted to use a different footprint for the OPA1679 op-amps more easily-sourced components. Otherwise, you'll get the same audio and CV control and mixing performance you'd expect out of Cloaks, including the generous amount of gain for boosting external signals or imparting some sweet, crisp overdrive. Veils was a go-to choice for a compact, four-channel VCA, and its legacy lives on in Cloaks.
