The ADDAC402B by ADDAC System is the perfect companion module to expand upon the ADDAC402 Heuristic Rhythm Generator, offering MIDI connectivity to external devices. Working in both directions for CV-MIDI conversion, the ADDAC402B showcases both 5-pin DIN MIDI ports in and out for synchronizing and translating MIDI with your DAW or external hardware. Connected via a rear jumper, the ADDAC402B can translate the five CV inputs into MIDI CCs as well as note numbers and can translate external MIDI control over all the front panel parameters—be it the knobs, toggle switches or push buttons! Additionally, the four gate outputs on the ADDAC402 can be set up to trigger upon CC messages for external gate sequencing. The ADDAC402B is a stellar expansion module for creating a more cohesive system between your modular rack and the rest of your performance or studio setup.
