Progressing beyond your typical sequential switcher, the ADDAC214 from ADDAC System is a voltage controlled rotator for swapping inputs and outputs in a stepped manner. Whether you're passing audio or CV, the ADDAC214 defaults to routing each input to output one-to-one until you dial in the Rotate control for stepping all inputs to the next output. This is great for passing CV to modulate different parameters in several ways or stepping audio through different steps of processing, and the rotating can be controlled manually or via CV with an attenuverter to dial in how much movement you'd like.

Similar to a sequential switch, the ADDAC214 features a clock input for stepping through the different routings as well as a reset to bring it back to first position. The direction switch determines which way the rotating routings switch, and for doing rotations of less than four, you can achieve two or three-step since the inputs are normalled one to three and two to four. The ADDAC214 VC Rotator provides loads of intertwining magic to inject life into sequential motifs, modulations, and so much more.
