Two potentiometer controls for Trim and Level adjust a passive input pad and output level respectively. On the right side of Toki's panel, three switches with three positions each allows you to adjust the gain staging and voicing within the circuit. CMP adjusts capacitor load, dialing in response in the top-end of your signal. PAD controls passive pads between gain stages, which changes the tonal response of the fuzz from more gentle saturation to bright and brilliant distortion. Gain offers similar but distinct control by adjusting the second gain stage in the circuit.
