Tascam TA-1VP

The Tasam TA-1VP is a vocal processor that features Auto-Tune pitch correction from Antares. It's perfect for modern pop, hip-hop, or RnB singing, or can be used for experimental vocal or instrument processing. It features on-board microphone and tube modeling, allowing it to emulate the characteristics of a variety of high-end microphones. In addition, it features compression, two-band EQ, and de-essing which makes sure your audio sounds the way you want it to. Audio can be run into it through the front panel XLR input, or as an insert effect using a TRS Y-cable.

A Double Track output is available for simulating doubled vocals. Digital output on S/PDIF is available for use with compatible interfaces, mixers, or preamps. The auto-tune function has variable correction speed to add sliding between notes and the ability to customize the note quantization to user scales, or one of the built-in scales. Dynamic MIDI control allows you for deep control of the auto-tuning effect using an external MIDI device. Auto-tune has become an indispensable part of popular music and the TA-1VP brings it to your studio in a hardware package.
