The 12Step2 from Keith McMillen is a floor-based MIDI controller that gives you a familiar one octave keyboard layout with the flexibility, versatility, and durability that you expect from KMI products. In this updated version, you get an added USB-C port for data and power along with 3.5mm jacks for MIDI out, CV/Gate out, and Expression in, for sending MIDI data via expression pedals. Using the deep editor software, you can program the keys to function polyphonically, triggering up to 5 notes as well as a normal keyboard. You can be freed from the computer by building and storing up to 12 presets directly on the 12Step2. Add the Keith McMillen 12Step2 to your setup for foot powered musical expression.
