The Befaco Octaves VCO delivers six octaves of variable-pulse waves for a brutalistic implementation of additive oscillator design. Stack up all six tones for a super-square oscillator, or break individual octaves out into their own voices with dedicated VCAs for each multiplication of the fundamental frequency. Use it for retro-esque pulse wave stacks, or bump it down into LFO ranges for stacked rhythms and clicky pops. A common PWM control and CV input allows you to bend and shape the tone of these oscillators at will, eliciting wave-mangling joy in any configuration. Dual 1V/Oct inputs ensure that you can subject the Octaves VCO to a variety of external sequencers and voltage sources.
