Aston Microphones Stealth
The Aston microphones Stealth is a broadcast-quality microphone that performs equally as well in-studio or on-stage, wherever you need a high-performance microphone. This microphone blurs the line between dynamic and condenser microphones, running in either passive or active modes. When the microphone detects a +48V phantom power source, it switches to the built-in Class-A preamp that offers +50dB of gain lift, maximizing headroom and sensitivity.
The cardioid polar pattern does an excellent job rejecting off-axis noise while picking up the sounds in front of it that you want. Four switchable settings let you change the Stealth based on your needs. These include two vocal settings, a guitar setting, and a dark mode, reminiscent of ribbon microphones. The capsule is completely isolated from the chassis, supported by three points of Sorbothane polymer, a synthetic viscoelastic polymer used for dampening and acoustic shielding. Aston also included a stainless steel faraday cage that isolates the capsule from electromagnetic and radio frequency interference. Stealth features a quick-release stand mount, allowing for easy setup and breakdown of the microphone. Stealth features four voicing modes and passive or active operation, making it a versatile microphone that fits many niches.
