The ADDAC809 Chain Router is a utility module designed to easily route a signal path one of six ways at the press of a button. Based around two independent send/return loops, you can run these in series or parallel configurations—and while in series, you can choose if channel A goes into channel B, or vice versa. You can also switch between either one to easily switch effects. Easily utilize a delay that feeds into a looper for syncopated samples, then switch it so the playback goes back into the delay at the press of a button. Just one example, you could just as easily have it for any combination of effects, or have different oscillators or sound sources feed FM inputs. With the CV inputs you can also have direct access to these different signal routings letting you sequence or randomly jump through the different settings. You can also directly trigger the Parallel, Order, Single/Dual, and Bypass settings, so with all of these options for CV chaos can ensue or microscopic detail can be achieved.
