4MS Looping Delay

Borrowing from the lovely DLD, the 4ms Looping Delay is a single-channel version of their luscious delay module with an abundance of time and tempo divisions, support of reverse and sound-on-sound looping, and much more. The single Looping Delay offers a spacious panel, due in part to its availability as a DIY kit, but this version is fully-assembled and ready to drop into your system.

Unlike a lot of other delays out there, the Looping Delay does not change pitch when its delay time is changed, but rather it seamlessly crossfades to the new delay time. With up to 87 seconds of delay time available, there's plenty of room to explore Frippertronics-style loops, but times can also be short enough to facilitate comb filtering, Karplus-Strong synthesis, and more. Best of all, you can tap in your desired clock with the Ping button, or use an external source in your system for tempo sync.

Like the original DLD, the Looping Delay also supports plenty of patch points to integrate with your modular system in meaningful ways. Audio input and output are a given, but a Send and Return path is available for processing the feedback patch with filters, pitch shifters, or any other effects and modules that you might have. Voltage control over Time, Feedback, Delay Feed, and Mix allows for dynamically shifting your delay textures, along with the ability to trigger Hold and Reverse functions. The DLD is one of the most loved Eurorack delays out there, and its legacy continues in the new single Looping Delay from 4ms.
