2HP NSE

The NSE, from 2HP, is a compact noise module with a VCA mode and continuously-variable sample rate. The module features a CV input for remote control over its sample rate and a trigger input that can is best utilized in VCA mode.

When in VCA mode, signals sent to the trigger input activates a decay-only envelope that alters the noise’s amplitude. Here, the sample rate knob dictates the decay length, making it easy to create various percussive sounds.
