The 8-Step Program Analog Expression Sequencer, from Electro-Harmonix, attaches to any expression pedal or CV compatible device to afford instant control over an array of parameters. The Rate slider and tap tempo footswitch each offer a different means of setting the tempo, while a MIDI input enable precise synchronization with an external MIDI clock. There are five tap tempo division modes that enable the creation of complex polyrhythms.

Rouding out this already robust feature set is the ability to store and recall 10 presets. The total amount of presets can be increased to 100 by paring the unit with the 8-Step Program Foot Controller.
