From the minds behind ALM Busy Circuits, ZON's debut product is the PEBX 500 Series module: an ode to the sounds of early, underground techno. PEBX's circuit can be traced to two sources of inspiration: the BOSS BX-series mixers, and TASCAM's Portastudio series. Such equipment was a pivotal ingredient to the sonic sauce in early techno and house music, and this sound is now available in pristine 500 Series sound quality. Up to +20dB of input gain allows you to crunch things up if you need, while the highly musical 3-band EQ lets you sweep and sculpt sounds to your needs. The top band is fixed at 10kHz, but the mid and low bands are sweepable—with all adjustable for +/- 12dB of boost or cut. Bring a classic sound into your studio with the PEBX by ZON.
