Toppobrillo Cluster

Cluster from Toppobrillo is a voltage processor module inspired by the Buchla 257 but with expanded options and improvements. While compact, the Cluster is a dense and versatile module that can provide a multitude of voltage processing duties. Broken into three independent sections, they can be treated individually or as complementary with the SUM output.

Section XY is a polarizer—or a four quadrant multiplier—that takes two signals and multiples it. Using the Y AMT knob you can fine tune the amount of multiplication that happens and with nothing patched, an offset is normalized to the Y input. Section AB is a crossfader channel with a switchable offset for channel A available. Section Z is a simple attenuverter/offset channel that has an offset present when unpatched, or attenuverts an input. All of these sections are summed to a SUM output as well as its inverse to the -SUM. Cluster is a fine utility with exceptional versatility, suitable for any size rack.
