Boasting their most comprehensive all-in-one mixing and recording solution to date, TASCAM's Model 2400 offers anything you'd ever need to record full bands and beyond—with or without a computer. With 22 input channels, you'll have plenty of room to mic up a drum kit, amps, and vocalists, as well as pipe in line sources like keyboards or DIs. It's also possible to bring in channels from a connected computer via USB or the onboard multitrack recorder, as well as mobile devices via Bluetooth on channel 21/22. All channels feature onboard EQ, and a one-knob compressor on mono input channels.

Model 2400 offers abundant routing possibilities, thanks in no small part to its five auxiliary sends. Aux 4 provides the option for pre/post fader routing, while Aux 5 can be used with the onboard FX processor for reverbs, delays and more. Each channel can also be routed to any of the four stereo sub-groups, giving you the option to set up submixes for cue monitoring or group processing. The Master Bus Processor allows you to give the final mix a bit of polish with EQ and/or compression, before it hits the outputs, internal recorder, or USB audio interface.
