The 611EQ E-Series EQ Module for 500 Series racks is a tribute to the classic sound associated with the SSL consoles produced between 1979 and 1987. The unit features two different EQs, each with unique tonal character and response curve. The EQs correspond to the historically referenced Brown and Black EQs, originally distinguished by the knob cap color. In addition to the original four-band EQ design, the E-Series module includes selectable Bell curve operation for the LF and HF bands.
