Extend the dynamics of your instrument with MXR's M307 Layers pedal, a synth-like harmonic sustainer pedal with octave layering and attack/decay functionality. Layers gives you the option to work with a single voice or rotate between three different sustained layers to build up impossible chords or dense timbres. Trigger sustain manually with the footswitch or turn on trigger mode to have it engaged automatically while you play. Regardless of how you trigger, Attack and Decay controls allow you to dial in the swell and release of sustained parts, and the Sub Oct button blends in a lower pitch-shifted copy of the signal for thicker sounds.
